The group offers a time to talk about issues that I otherwise wouldn't talk about to my colleagues. Being in a room, knowing that it's all confidential, that it's an opportunity to talk to like minded people who are trying to run a business, we've all been through the same things, we've probably got an overlapping set of problems, often it's very easy to get things out of it that you don't expect, i can't recommend it enough.
