“Jane has a passion for enthusing and galvanising organisations to innovate.
Jane is the head of Innovation Solutions team within Oxford Innovation which manages innovation networks, collaborative innovation projects and provides support for technology and knowledge commercialisation on behalf of public and private sector clients. She is an experienced technology transfer and innovation professional who has directed many innovation-related projects including market assessments, technology evaluation, strategy development, innovation and business planning.
Jane has a strong technical background in the physical sciences with specific expertise in chemicals, materials, and nanotechnology and their applications, and an interest and enthusiasm for technologies beyond these.
Her sector experience is also broad and has encompassed projects in the chemicals, transport, food & drink, electronics, defence, energy and environment sectors. She has developed diagnostic tools to benchmark innovation in companies, worked with organisations to review their innovation processes and facilitated numerous workshops focused on generating new product/services concepts and developing a culture of innovation.
Jane is an experienced facilitator and has designed and facilitated hundreds of workshops designed to support organisations and stakeholder groups to develop innovative solutions to meet current and future market opportunities. She has a passion for enthusing and galvanising organisations to innovate.”
