Helen is an experienced senior leader with significant sales and marketing experience across both the public and private sectors in complex and competitive environments.
Helen started her career in recruitment and headhunting, where she developed a sizeable London portfolio primarily within the accountancy and legal sectors. From there she moved into the marketing, sales and delivery of innovative training modules to FTSE 100 companies and across multiple Government departments before moving to a senior role at the Financial Times.
It was at the FT where Helen developed a pioneering digital publishing venture to provide analysis and commentary to international fund managers and institutions. A move to the west coast of the USA offered Helen the opportunity to create her own consultancy working with a broad range of commercial organizations, to develop their marketing and sales strategies.
For the past 10 years Helen has worked in the logistics and maritime sector, managing commercial teams and latterly heading up external engagement for the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office, covering multiple bi-lateral government agreements.
