Lynda is a buying, product & supply specialist, who began her career at Marks & Spencer HO working in fast-pace buying departments. Trained as a buyer, she is passionate about the importance of in-depth customer knowledge, commercial product development and high quality standards.
She moved into commercial roles on the supply side, responsible for increasing sales and profit and managing sales, design and technical teams.
She has a wealth of experience working for UK and international manufacturers to design, source and produce ‘own brand’ products for delivery to large department stores and high street retailers – through China, India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Morocco and Portugal.
Lynda has worked for start-up, small and large corporate companies and has experience of multi-channel retail buying for high street and luxury brands and manufacturing in multi-product clothing – womens, mens, childrens, lingerie, footwear and accessories.
Her key areas of expertise include product development from prototype to bulk, range planning, critical path management, creating and implementing procedures, sourcing, supply chain, production planning, factory assessment.
